Ty Camlas is an old cottage situated on the bank of the Llangollen Canal.

Access is via a flight of sixteen steps, owned by British Waterways.

Alternative access is possible by walking about one hundred metres along the canal tow path from the wharf area.

There is a step access into the flat itself, made quite narrow by a safety railing around the veranda.

Within the flat is a single step where a ramp could be provided.
